Can I preview my design before ordering?
Every design that we make is hand drawn and takes hours to produce from the image that you provided, so sadly a preview image feature cannot be implemented.
Rest assured, once the design is produced, it will get sent to you for approval within 1-2 business days and you can request an unlimited number of revisions until we get it looking perfect.
How are portraits created?
These portraits aren’t traditional paintings. Instead, they are created using advanced digital tools, including photo editing, retouching, and refined brush stroke and blending techniques. The result is a masterpiece fit for royalty.

For a family portrait can I upload multiple photos of different people?
Yes, on a royal family portrait where there is more than one person by all means upload a different photo for each person. Just make sure to include a comment to specify which person goes where on the royal portrait when ordering.

What is the estimated delivery time for my portrait, and how much will the shipping cost?

If I ordered multiple portraits will they be delivered at the same time?
While we aim to combine deliveries where possible to reduce our carbon footprint, occasionally one artist will finish their work 1 or 2 days prior to another one. This will result in multiple packages to be shipped to you, making sure they arrive in a timely manner.
When will you send me a tracking number?
We will send out your tracking number via email. We know how vital it is for our customers to have timely information about their orders, so we will ensure it gets to you as soon as possible. Your portrait should arrive within a few days of receiving the tracking number.
If you have not received the tracking number within 7 days, please reach out to us by email.

No worries, just send us an email and we will get your order tracking working.
Is the packaging secure?
We wrap your canvas in plastic to keep any water damage from occurring. Then the canvas is secured in a cardboard box, which prevents any heavy items from damaging your canvas.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?

If you’re not pleased with the portrait preview, you can request as many revisions as needed at no additional cost.

If you have ordered just a digital file, we are not able to refund this, due to the custom nature of the work.

If expedited shipping was delivered as per our policy, the associated costs may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds may not be available for the 'Fast Track Your Order' service once it has been provided in line with our policy.

Beyond this 24-hour window, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a 20% cancellation fee may be applied due to work already starting on your order.
